I love the beauty business. I am a make-up artist, I make my own clothes and keep up-to-date with fashion which is my passion. I come alive when I dance and love attending beauty pageants. I have been trained by the best in Botswana - namely BME. My experience includes: fashion show modelling for tourism hosted in Kasane representing El Trust models, various beauty contests – won some and top 5 in others. First Princess BME 2010. Miss Universe Botswana 2010 Finalist. Miss Global Botswana 2011. Some people say I look like Tyra Banks - I say I look like me! This Christmas Eve I took part in the Maun Fashion Show 2010 which was presented by BME and sponsored by the Department of Youth Botswana. On Christmas day I helped BME provide a party for the kids of Sexaxa who have to walk 11 miles to school every day without breakfast. It was lovely to see their smiling faces and looking at Boikanyo who was one of those kids reminds me that anybody can rise in the world if they work hard to get what they want. Boikanyo loves those kids and paid for all the food, drink and DJ out of her own purse. She loves us models too and makes no profit at all from our activities. Her motivation is purely to help us models make it in the world like she did! SHE HAS MOTIVATED ME AND I WONT STOP WORKING HARD UNTIL I BECOME WHAT I DREAM OF EVERY NIGHT - A SUCCESSFULL PROFESSIONAL MODEL!
